"Pretty clear updates the whole time"
GOAT kept me in the loop from the time I bought to when it showed up. The verification part took a little longer than I expected, but they still sent clear emails, so I wasn’t just sitting there wondering what was going on. Timing was close too. yeah... I’d use them again

"I can pretty much always find the pair I’m after"
I’ve ordered from goat a few times now, and the best thing is how much stuff they have. They usually have a bunch of sizes available, even for older sneakers that I can’t find in stores anymore. The prices can be a little all over the place, but at least I can usually track down what I’m looking for. Shipping was fine too, nothing crazy and no real issues

"Easy enough, but takes more effort than it should"
The app is easy to use overall, and checkout went smoothly for me. The only annoying part is the filters lag sometimes, so I end up having to tap around and wait more than I’d like. It’s not a huge deal, but it makes finding what I want feel like more work than it should.

I was a bit nervous ordering expensive shoes online, because apparently handing over that much money to the internet is just what we do now. But goat actually made the whole thing feel safe. My shoes definitely took longer to get fulfilled than I expected, and I kept checking the app like way more than I should’ve lol. Compared to some other orders I’ve placed, this one sat for a bit before it actually started moving, which was kind of annoying. But goat did keep the status updated, and once the pair arrived, everything looked legit and was in good shape. The timing wasn’t perfect, but overall I’d still say it was a solid experience.

"Ended up being the best deal I found"
I looked around at a few different sites before buying because I didn’t want to overpay, and goat ended up having the best price for the shoes I wanted. There were still fees, of course, which is kind of expected at this point, but even with those added in it was still cheaper than the other places I checked. So yeah, overall I’m happy with how it turned out.

I ordered a pair of Jordans from GOAT i was a little nervous at first. I kept checking the status like every day... maybe too much, but I just wanted to know what was going on.
The tracking updates were actually really clear. It showed when the seller shipped them, when they got to authentication, and then when they were on the way to me. I never felt like I was just guessing where my shoes were?

They showed up on the exact day it said they would, with no random delays or anything weird. Overall it was a smooth experience, and yeah, I’d probably order from them again.

"Canceled it, super easy"
I ended up needing to cancel my order. Last minute thing, totally on my end. Reached out expecting it to be a hassle, but nope. They handled it quickly and there was no back-and-forth drama. Just done. Appreciate when it’s that simple.
